The Global Open Tech Openings platform (aka go to open) is a catalogue of job openings that are:
- remote global (can they hire people in Brazil?)
- open (are they contributing to open knowledge/science in a strong sense? more like libre-open)
- tech (does the job include writing/documenting/managing digital infrastructures?) Usually these constraints mean either not for profit organizations or government-backed positions.
Motivation
As someone with a wiki + tech + life sciences background in Brazil I want to work on remote jobs that contribute to build a better future without moving 9.000 km away from my family.
